Printer can no longer be put into operation

You want to turn on your printer, but it does not respond and no error messages are displayed?

External power supply

Please check first that your power outlet and power modules are working properly.

Connect the printer directly to a power outlet

If the printer is connected to the wall outlet with a surge protector, an extension cord, or a power strip, disconnect the power cord from the surge protector, the extension cord, or the power strip, and then plug the power cord directly into a power outlet to ensure that the power source is plugged in works properly.

If necessary, remove the power cord from the power strip, the extension cable or the surge protector.

  • Connect the power cord directly to a power outlet.
  • Turn on the printer.

Connect the printer to a working electrical outlet and test the power button on the printer.

Check the power supply with a different but the same power supply

Take the same power adapter and connect it properly.
Check whether the power button and the printer are working properly.
