Good equipment and many extra features when you buy the HP Officejet Pro 9010
In the test, the HP Officejet Pro 9010 multifunction printer not only impressed with its fast printouts and easy operation. It also offers generous equipment and four functions in one: printing, scanning, faxing and copying. You print in colour and black and white.
The paper supply cassette offers a maximum capacity of 250 sheets. This is sufficient for a multifunction printer for small businesses and workgroups with a maximum monthly print volume of 1,500 pages. The output capacity is 60 pages.
If you buy this printer, you will produce printouts with a maximum size of DIN A4. In addition, you can print media in A5, A6, B5, cards, 13 × 18 and 10 × 15 cm photos and envelopes. The use of inkjet photo papers offered the highest quality in the test. They allow borderless printouts. The range of printable documents covered the needs of normal offices, leaving almost nothing to be desired.
One of the most important features of the multifunction printer is automatic double-sided printing and scanning. This is a function that not every modern device has. In office environments, this saves a lot of time when digitising and creating print output.
You can scan up to four images per minute via duplex printing. The resolution of 200 dpi in black and white or colour is a little low for photos. This is less noticeable for text documents. There is still room for improvement in scanning speed. Comparable models from other manufacturers manage up to 20 pages per minute.
Smart Tasks also focus on speed. Short commands allow you to scan to email and the cloud, Google Drive or Dropbox. The function allows you to create searchable, editable documents via printer or smartphone.
When it comes to copying, the HP Officejet Pro 9010 multifunction printer managed up to 21 copies per minute in black and white in the test. In colour it is up to 15 copies per minute. A good value for an all-in-one device.
More security is offered by an automatic error recovery that guarantees seamless Wi-Fi. Whether the device delivers what it promises in this respect was not verifiable in the test.
The printer uses dynamic security features. This means that you only use original HP printer cartridges. Therefore, higher costs are incurred when buying additional cartridges. Here we recommend cartridges with a larger range, which you can buy from Prindo. Optionally save up to 70 percent on printing costs by using HP Instant Ink.

Conclusion: Fast printouts with good quality
The HP Officejet Pro 9010 multifunction printer impressed us in the test with its high print speed. It is quickly ready for use with an average of 9 to 10 seconds. The device supports fast, paper-saving duplex printing and enables double-sided scanning. It has a wide range of modern connectivity options.
Minor weaknesses occur during scanning. Here, there are faster comparative devices with higher resolution. Overall, it is worth buying this device if you mainly process text documents in the office. HP Instant Ink is a great way to save on ink cartridges.
