60 months of protection for your printer when using Prindo cartridges and toners.
If Prindo printer cartridges or toners are used properly and in accordance with their intended purpose and are proven to cause damage to the device in which they are used, our printer protection guarantee applies.
In a guarantee case, we reimburse the repair costs in accordance with our guarantee terms and conditions, up to a maximum of the current value of the damaged part or device.

If shipping costs arise in connection with an accepted guarantee case, these will be covered by Prindo.
How the printer protection guarantee works
If a Prindo toner or Prindo printer cartridge is proven to cause damage to your printer or another suitable device, please notify us of the damage in text form, for example by email.
For the assessment, we also require a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase for the respective Prindo product.
Our quality assurance team will then assess the guarantee case and decide on the further procedure. Depending on the case, the device will be sent in or the repair will be carried out by an external technician.

What is excluded from the guarantee?
In particular, the printer protection guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, failure to follow operating instructions, notices or manufacturer specifications, use other than for the intended purpose, modifications to the device or product, improper installation or assembly, or insufficient care.
If defective consumable material or an already damaged device continues to be used after the defect has been identified, any consequential damage caused as a result is also not covered by the guarantee.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected
The customer's statutory rights in the event of a defect in the purchased goods exist independently of the Prindo printer protection guarantee and are not restricted by it.
Any existing manufacturer's guarantee for the device used also remains unaffected by the Prindo printer protection guarantee.
